I bought your mop only used it a couple times, it came apart in the middle wires were sparking cleaner kept shooting out. I played it down it two pieces to make it stop.

It George sparking. I would like a replacement

I have consistently used your Swiffer products for years! I use both dry and wet.

I finally had to write to complain about the wet! EVERY TIME I buy this product the bagger puts it into the bag standing up vs laying down. Liquid leaks into the bag every time! You really need to better seal the foil lining and lid on this product.

Today I bought from Walmart the Mop & Go Heavy duty - 20 pack ...and again it dripped all over the bag! SO frustrating!

I opened my box and the dusters are only ½ on one side.

I bought a box of your duster heavy duty with dust-busting straps. They are the most worthless things I have ever used.

Generic ones are better than these. They don't stay on; I have to separate each blue polka-dotted strip by hand. I am so irritated. I just had surgery, and dusting is the only thing I can do, but these are so worthless I can't even do that without constantly putting the stupid thing back on.

For a name brand that costs too much, you should be better than this. Pissed off.

My sister in/ law had the same problem with her power mops. Need to check the button on the handle for a better method of operation.

The map quit quit spraying i did all the troubleshooting, and it didn't matter

All I was looking for was a replacement. Because I like the mop.

person was very friendly willing to help with my issue he is seeing why i did not get my coupon. the first time i called this the second that person was willing to help and wanted to solve my problem

I need to try the old bottle in the new Swiffer model. I have large bottles, and the new ones are smaller.

I received the mop as a gift from my son and put it together, and within four uses, the mop itself keeps coming apart, and the black wire keeps getting messed up in it when I try to put it back together.

The refill for swifter dusting mop does not fit. You cannot get it into the holes that you puncture.

Tried calling all I get is press this number for one thing press this number for another and you cannot get a hold of anybody all it is is a friggin cycle that you just want to take a gun and shoot

I used to love these products. Swiffer mop was quick and easy till they made is so cheap the pole would snap in half a few uses.

Now the swiffer dusters, really? If you can get it on the handle without it tearing it just scratches at the dust.

This is a breakup letter. Will never use their products again.

Mine had just stopped working and no longer sprays out the solution! I received my mop some time ago from PG as a try and it was working until now! I've always been content

I called the 24-hour support and I got a message that I had to go on the website to get help. I cannot believe that it says to go to the website and gives me the number and then turns around and tells me to go back to the website. It's very frustrating.
